Processing & Shipping

At Unbox Unbored we aim to get your order to you as fast as possible. 

Orders placed before 2 PM UK time will be processed the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM with 1-2 day shipping will arrive in 1-3 days. If placed before 2 PM, you can expect next-day delivery.

While most orders ship within 1 business day, rare exceptions may take up to 48 hours.

We offer subsidised Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders, saving you on the cost of postage:

Shipping times are estimates provided by Royal Mail, and we cannot be responsible for delays in Royal Mail's network.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Order Status

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours. If you don’t receive your order within 4 business days of shipping confirmation, please contact us at alex@unboxunbored.com.

Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

For returns, refunds, and exchanges, please refer to our Returns Policy. To cancel a pre-order, review our Pre-Order Policy. If your order arrives damaged, email us at alex@unboxunbored.com with your order number and a photo of the item and we will strive to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
